Welcome to our bespoke orders  page.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions (below) before placing an order, to ensure you agree with the Terms and Conditions for bespoke orders.

• By placing a bespoke order, you are entering into a contract and agree to pay IN FULL (including postage) once the design has been agreed and BEFORE work commences.

• Due to the personalised nature of bespoke orders , they are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a change of mind etc. (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

​The bespoke order process:-

• Customer contacts us, using the form below, with an idea of what is desired          (eg, size, colour, embroidery design).

• We will discuss options (fabric,embroidery etc.) by email.

• Once design has been  agreed and payment is received, we will proceed with the order.

• Orders will be delivered within 6 weeks of receiving payment.
